Unique IDs for Nodes

Provide a Node#getID method, plus SceneJS#getNode method to find them individually. Node IDs will be auto-generated.
Initially, we'll just generate the node IDs from an integer sequence, then store those on a global map (ie. on SceneJS object), with no removal of IDs when nodes are no longer in use.
However long term we'll want to manage garbage collection of nodes, along with GPU resource releasing and their deregistration from the ID map to allow reuse of the IDs.
