SceneJS.fog color should default to ambient color

Should have SceneJS.fog initialise to ambient color, ie. that set by SceneJS.renderer.
Tricky - we want to have the default colour available through SceneJS.Fog.getColor(). How would that work for both nesting orders of:
SceneJS.renderer({ clearColor: { ... } },
SceneJS.Fog( ... ))
and
new SceneJS.Fog(
SceneJS.Renderer({ clearColor: { ... } }))
