Support "parameterised response transform"

Enable a transform function to be registered on an asset, to be applied to the asset just before it is served in a response to "getAsset".
Metadata on the function parameters will also be registered, then the client can optionally supply those parameters in the "getAsset" request to apply the transform.
Some example use cases:
- LOD
- Selection of library nodes
- Specification of the number of steps of a parameterised staircase asset
- Dimensions of a door asset
- Deformation scaffold for a morphable asset
