Rename SceneJS global events "scene-activated" and "scene-deactivated"

For clearer API semantics, a couple of global SceneJS events handled through SceneJS.onEvent have been renamed:

  • "scene-activated" becomes "scene-rendering", and
  • "scene-deactivated" becomes "scene-rendered"
