Visible Material/Light Defaults

Geometry without lighting or material appears as a grey ghostly thing - have some defaults that make it appear more visible.

Made the default material bright white.
Did not provide default lights because there may be cases in which the creator does not want lighting, I.E. relying entirely on emissive materials.
