Allow hyphenated names in SceneJS.createNodeType

Instead of having to define nodes like this:

SceneJS.BoundingBox = SceneJS.createNodeType("boundingBox");

allow this:

SceneJS.BoundingBox = SceneJS.createNodeType("bounding-box");
