Online IDE - Efficient logging

Currently verbose logging in the IDE slows demos down a lot (because it inserts divs into the DOM), eventually grinding browser to a virtual halt.
Make it more efficient and auto-scrolling, perhaps a dequeue of divs, to support verbose running logs.
